The Rob Dollar Foundation has run numerous billboard campaigns educating the community about the 3 feet law.  ARS 28-735 states that a motorist shall give a cyclist 3 feet of space when driving on the road.  Designed to catch the attention of motorists we have run these campaigns throughout Phoenix.
